The Black Cat watches and laughs as the Ultragirls trade blows, eventually ending their evenly paired match with the push of a button.
The Black Cat takes both of their belts and leaves them cleave gagged & tied up, slipping a timer into each of their costumes. The rival Ultragirls must work together if they want to free themselves in time . . .

After a grueling evening under the influence of The Black Cat’s cat’s wand, UltraGirl awakens strapped to a table with a bucket hanging over her bootless, pantyhose-covered feet.
“What is this?!” UltraGirl defiantly demands. “This, my dear, is your final stop on the tour of my lair. Like I said, if I can’t have you as my slave, I’ll have you as my trophy!” The Black Cat sneers. With a twist of the wrist, The Black Cat opens a spigot on the bucket and a clear liquid substance begins to pour over UltraGirl’s helpless body.
“What are you doing to me?!” UltraGirl exclaims in horror. The Black Cat replies, “This polymer, once it hardens, will create a permanent, clear shell around your luscious body. Encasing you. Forever!”
UltraGirl begins to struggle mightily against the straps holding her down. Without her power belt, UltraGirl is unable to free herself. As she helplessly watches the polymer pour over her feet and legs, UltraGirl is ballgagged by The Black Cat so the polymer can “do its work.”
UltraGirl struggles as The Black Cat leaves her to her fate. With her body strapped down, UltraGirl is unable to stop the polymer from encasing her legs, arms, torso … UltraGirl’s struggles become more subdued as the polymer starts hardening. Almost immobilized, UltraGirl can only stare upward as the polymer pours down on her chin … then cheek … then …
We then cut to The Black Cat polishing her new trophy, UltraGirl, in her trophy room, on display in a heroic pose and a frozen smile on her face. To complete the display, The Black Cat puts UltraGirl’s boots and belt back in their proper places. The Black Cat skips away to complete her robbery spree as the statuesque UltraGirl stands still and silent, alone in The Black Cat’s trophy room. Does the slight wiggle of UltraGirl’s pinky give the superheroine any hope of escaping the clutches of The Black Cat??!!

Chrissy Kelly, reporter for the Liberty City Online News Channel, has found the lair of The Black Cat! Confidently, she changes into her superheroine alter ego, UltraGirl, and flies across town to finally bring The Black Cat to justice!
After UltraGirl overpowers and knocks out The Black Cat, she pulls out handcuffs to place on The Black Cat before turning her over to the authorities. The confidence turns to horror as UltraGirl accidentally gets scratched by The Black Cat’s self-described “not-so-secret weapon,” her cat’s claws! As UltraGirl staggers from the effects of the cat’s claws and attempts to crawl away to safety, The Black Cat finishes the job with a cat scratch to UltraGirl’s vulnerable neck. As UltraGirl slips into unconsciousness, The Black Cat cackles, having captured the hapless superheroine … again.
When UltraGirl awakens, she is lashed to a slab with rope, her power belt excruciatingly just out of reach. The Black Cat re-enters and taunts UltraGirl by pulling the heroine’s top down and licking her neck like a cat. All UltraGirl can do is helplessly squirm as The Black Cat is clearly in charge.
UltraGirl remains defiant as The Black Cat cleave gags her. Then, in an effort to soften the superheroine up and force her to submit to her will, The Black Cat activates the “cat’s wand” lashed tightly between UltraGirl’s legs. Will UltraGirl submit to the villainous Black Cat after an overnight session with the “cat’s wand?”

The Black Cat has stolen UltraGirl’s uniform and intends to confront her enemy Crimson Skull with her newfound powers! Unfortunately for the imposter UltraGirl, she falls into Crimson Skull’s trap and succumbs to his poison gas. Crimson Skull wastes no time in groping her body and carrying her off to his dungeon to string her up!
As she comes to, she is bound and hanging upside down in Crimson Skull’s secret dungeon. Her power belt has been removed and she is helplessly hanging there. Crimson Skull enters.. “Oh I see you’ve decided to join us.” The imposter tries to shout “No! Wait! I’m not who you think I am! I’m not Ultrgggggrmmmpphhhhh!” He shoves a ballgag into her mouth before she can finish. He tells her that he has big plans now that he has defeated the mighty UltraGirl, all the while groping and fondling her helpless dangling body. He leaves her there while he goes to hatch out his devious plan. Will she be able to escape his evil clutches?!

The Black Cat breaks into a warehouse looking for valuable to steal. Unbeknownst to her, UltraGirl is on to her and has just landed outside. UltraGirl enters the warehouse and confronts The Black Cat. “Your thieving days are over” she says. The Black Cat confidently mocks her… she’s not going down without a fight. They lock arms and wrestle a bit but UltraGirl uses her ultra strength to pin The Black Cat against the wall. “I’m taking you in” she says. Just then the Black Cat scratches UltraGirl on the neck. Her claws have a knock out drug in them. UltraGirl staggers and falls to the floor, woozy and confused. Her eyes flutter shut and The Black Cat proceeds to play with caress UltraGirl’s body. As the scene ends she says “This will be my greatest score of all time” as she tugs on UltraGirl’s costume.
UltraGirl is now stripped to her panties and hogtied. She wakes up to her predicament and struggles. She says out loud “Hogtie … why is it always a hogtie?” The Black Cat enters wearing UltraGirl’s costume. She taunts UltraGirl who remains defiant, running her fingernails around UltraGirl’s struggling body and licking her like a cat. She makes a point to lick UltraGirl’s nipples too. UltraGirl says “You won’t get away with this. The public will know that you’re not me.” The Black Cat laughs. “They won’t be able to catch me while I am wearing this” pointing to UltraGirl’s power belt…. “while I have all of your powers.” UltraGirl continues to struggle and The Black Cat finally ballgags UltraGirl and says “I can’t believe how easy it was to steal your identity … and your costume!” Black Cat laughs as she leaves. She goes outside and flies off leaving UltraGirl struggling helplessly bound and gagged. How will she manage to escape her predicament and get her power belt back from The Black Cat when she is completely powerless without it! To be continued…
