UltraGirl is lured by a false call and is captured! After knocking UltraGirl out, the villain drags her to another room to hogtie her on a kitchen counter. Helpless without her power belt, UltraGirl struggles helplessly against her bonds. The villain muffles her defiance by ballgagging her.
The villain sells UltraGirl’s power belt to a buyer who will bring it to The Purge. He asks the shadowy figure, “What comes next?”
“A crisis is coming …”
